Our Mission

The purpose of Ironbridge Community Christian School is to extend the ministry and to assist in accomplishing the mission and purpose of Ironbridge Baptist Church by providing care, education, moral and spiritual development, and family ministry for each child enrolled.

The school will seek to provide opportunities for the children enrolled in the program to grow spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially by providing developmentally appropriate activities, guidance, ministry, and outreach to them and to the members of their families.

Optional Fourth Day 4 y.o. Resource

for 2010-2011

Information:

1.  It is optional.  You would need to register your child for this program for the year; the class will be comprised of fours from different classrooms.  Our regular fours classes, schedules and curriculum will remain the same. 

2.  The class will take place on Mondays, from 9:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., and will be taught by one of our current teachers.

3.  The option is open first to current ICCS families, and then will be open to all others.

4.  The fee is an additional $35 per month.

5.  What will we teach?  I am excited about this class, as it follows a passion of mine to introduce students to the greater world around us.  They will be learning about different countries and cultures, and we will incorporate the role/effect of the Christian faith in the different countries.  Art, music, games, food, language, stories, map studies, indigenous animal/plant studies……this is going to be fun!

Hours of Operation

The school office is open from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday during the school year.  Summer hours will vary.

ICCS follows the Chesterfield County Schools calendar.  We generally start one week after the school system, and end the week before Memorial Day.

2010-2011 Tuition Rates

Toddler:  Mon/Wed 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. (Must be 2 by Sept. 30th)  $100/month

Toddler:  Tues/Thur 9:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m. (Must be 2 1/2 by Sept. 30th)  $100/month

Young Threes:  Tues/Thurs 9:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m.(Must be 3 by Sept. 30th) $125/month

Threes:  T/W/Th 9:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. $165/mo.

Fours:  T/W/Th 9:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. $165/mo.

Junior Kindergarten:  Mon.-Thurs. 9:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. $200/month

Optional 4th Day for Fours:  Mon, 9:30a.m.-1:30 p.m.  $35.00/month.
